The Academy of the Wok

We like experiments, so we decided that one of them will be the preparation of our variety of wok dishes. Our Chef prepared a culinary academy, where the main tool of work will be this vessel. It resembles a bowl with one or two handles and is used to fry and quickly cook food over a flame. It is mainly used in Chinese cuisine, but we want to prove that Kuraszkow also produces delicious dishes that do not originate from China, and are based on seasonal products from nearby growers.
