The bread from the Kuraszkow Academy is a legend. Our restaurant’s “pre-starters” create a buzz. Well, how can you not enjoy a tiny fresh roll, home-made pate or quince spread? Therefore, we decided to share with you our knowledge and skills about bread. We created the academy, where you will learn how to make the dough properly, what should be done to make a crispy crust and how to use the flour. The bread facility, built just behind the hotel, is equipped with a real wood-fired stove. And this is the place where we will prepare the best breads in the area together.
